How career works: Create a driver and start in Karting. Each round has Practice → Qualifying → Race. Earn money (salary + prize money + sponsors), reputation (beat your team target), and XP (level up your stats). Win championships to unlock Formula Rookie → Formula Challenge → Formula Pro → Formula Elite or go the GT route: GT Sport → GT Pro → GT Elite. Spend cash on car upgrades, sign sponsors, and pick your contracts wisely — poor results mean worse offers! On track: P = pause.
